We’re looking for two motivated, enthusiastic Footwear Sales Specialists to join The Footwear Store at our freshly renovated, premium Penrith store.
Location: Penrith, NSW
Positions: Two part-time roles, with the opportunity to progress to full-time for the right people
Experience: At least two years in a footwear retail environment
More than a footwear store
The Footwear Store is a large, independent footwear retailer servicing customers across NSW and specialising in all categories of footwear. We’re a destination for genuine footwear assessments and personalised fittings, working alongside podiatry and physiotherapy to help customers find footwear that’s right for them.
Our connection with OPH, one of Australia’s largest multidisciplinary allied health super clinics, brings a unique dimension to what we do. You’ll be part of a great team with a welcoming, family-style environment, where expertise, care and a genuine commitment to helping people matter.
About the role
You’ll bring your footwear sales experience to a role that combines personalised customer service, thoughtful footwear recommendations and genuine attention to fit. You’ll help customers explore our range, support their footwear choices and contribute to a positive, professional store experience.
Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a footwear retail environment, with strong footwear sales skills.
- A motivated, highly enthusiastic approach and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- A positive team attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your fitting knowledge.
- Availability to work within our Monday-to-Saturday operations, including Thursday nights.
- A desire to grow with the business and become an integral part of its future.
