Return Policy

At The Footwear Store, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product.

Change of Mind

Please note that we're not obliged to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. 

Proof of Purchase

For all returns, whether due to a faulty product or otherwise, you must be able to provide a copy of your original receipt/invoice or a bank statement as proof of purchase. Without these, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Socks/Compression wear.

Refunding

We offer refunds for products returned within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the shoes have not been worn outside and are in resalable condition (i.e., there's no dirt on the bottom and the shoe is clean).

Exchanging

We're happy to exchange shoes within 21 days from the purchase date, given they've not been worn outside and are in resalable condition. This includes exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Faulty Products

The Footwear Store is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive a faulty product, we will happily offer a full refund, or replacement, or issue a store credit within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that our manufacturer will need to assess the faulty product, a process that may take up to 14 business days.

Clearance Items

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on clearance items due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. We will provide an exchange or refund on clearance items only if the item is found to be faulty.
