Terms and Conditions
The footwear store is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however if there is any issues with the shoes we are happy to help.
For all returns you must have a copy of your original receipt/Invoice or a bank statement of proof of purchase. If this is not provided we do reserve the right to refuse return.
We will not accept returns on Socks/Compression wear for hygienic reasons
We refund within 10 days of product purchase date, as long as the shoes haven't been worn outside and are in resalable condition (no dirt on bottom, clean shoe).
We exchange shoes within 21 days of product purchase date, as long as the shoes haven't been worn outside and are in resalable condition (no dirt on bottom, clean shoe). This also includes for incorrect sizing.
The Footwear Store will happily provide a full refund or replacement, or issue a store credit within a reasonable time frame. With any faulty product, the manufacture of the company will need to be contacted and an assessment will be made. This whole process will normally take up to 14 business days.
